If you have lost access to the Google Authenticator application and cannot enter your personal account, you need to contact the support service through the "Submit a request" ticket in the upper right corner of the support site you are currently visiting.
Or write a letter to [email protected] indicating the email address to which your INTELEX personal account is linked.
